Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 8, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using this MP3 Converter, audio converter and audio file converter at freemp3convert.com, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2. Service description
We provide a free, client-side online MP3 converter to convert audio to MP3 and MP3 to WAV, MP3 to AAC, MP3 to M4A, MP3 to FLAC and 12 more formats via ffmpeg.wasm in your browser. No account, no uploads, no server processing where technically possible.
3. User responsibilities & copyright
You are responsible for the files you convert. Only convert audio you own or have rights to. Don’t use the converter to infringe copyright, DRM, or third-party rights. We are not responsible for misuse.
4. No warranty; as-is
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Conversions rely on ffmpeg.wasm codecs — some formats (e.g., WMA) are provided “where technically reliable” and may show a clear error if an encoder is missing. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the free audio converter.
6. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will always show the current version. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising from use of the service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you access this site from outside India, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
